Who can see my financial data? Can the University access it? Your specific bank data and spending habits are invisible to the University and your peers. We will never share your personal report with a University department without your explicit permission. While your data will be linked to your email in our database, we will pseudo-anonymise and silo the data as is industry standard.

How do you keep my information safe? We use industry-standard encryption and secure architecture through Airtable and Softr. Every team member accesses our system via managed identities with mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We treat your data with the same seriousness as a professional financial institution.

Why should I use this instead of a normal budgeting app? Most banking apps tell you what you spent; we tell you what you have left for the term. We factor in your specific maintenance loan drops and term dates to calculate your financial forecast. If you're likely to run out of money, we provide a direct, judgment-free bridge to university support before things get stressful.

What happens to my data after the pilot ends? We don't keep data longer than we need to. Once the 50-person pilot is complete and you’ve received your final report, you can request to have your data deleted instantly. Otherwise, we automatically purge all personal financial records 90 days after the project concludes.
